A competent Ophthalmic Surgical Practitioner with 9 years of post-fellowship OPD consultation and surgical experience. She graduated from NRS Medical College, Kolkata and followed it up with a Diploma in Ophthalmology from Regional institute of Ophthalmology, CMC Kolkata and DNB (Ophthal) from Mohan Eye Institute in Delhi. She has done her super-specialization in Oculoplasty from Shroff Charitable Eye Hospital, New Delhi.
She has more than 5000 surgeries to her credit and has worked with Vasan Eye Clinic, New Delhi as consultant and as an Assistant professor in Ophthalmology at Goldfield Medical College in Haryana.
Currently she is running her Private practice in South Delhi. In addition to her OPD at Sadhu Vaswani Mission Medical Centre she is also associated with Daya Memorial Hospital,Munrika and Eye 7 Hospital, Janakpuri
Her field of expertise includes phacoemulsification for cataract surgery and she has a special interest is in oculoplasty, a cosmetic division of ophthalmology
She has Life Membership of AIOS( All India Ophtalmological Society), DOS ( Delhi Ophthalmic Society) and OPAI ( Oculoplastic association of India)
